Is Anivia a phoenix?
Being a bird species can Anivia be tamed? Can she be tamed by Quinn? Or could Quinn tame Anivia the same way she did valor? Would that make Anvia following the orders of Quinn and doing whatever Quinn commands her to do?

Anivia, according to her title...Is a Cryophoenix. So technically yes and technically no. Also, I really doubt she could be tamed by Quinn, since she has a mind of her own pretty much equivalent to a human's. She's a sentient being who can think and speak, not a stray animal that can be domesticated. That, and if Quinn wanted to tame Anivia, she would have to deal with frost magic.

Anivia is a Cryophoenix. Many consider her to be one of the elementals on Runeterra, like Malphite for earth. Since Anivia is sentient, I highly doubt that Quinn could tame her.
That's like asking if you can tame another human. Anivia is incredibly intelligent and wise, much more than most humans in Runeterra. One does not tame something that is smarter than they are.
Also, yes, she is technically a phoenix. She is a bird that endlessly cycles between life and death through rebirth of an egg. She is effectively immortal so, yes, she is indeed one. It's just she is made of ice.
