Honestly, I kind of agree. All of these new splash arts aren't bad per se, just way too damn cute. The new Frostfire one doesn't make me go, "Oh man, if I saw her in a blizzard, I'd go in a different direction." No, now I see this adorable (and far too anime) splash art and the only thing going through my mind is, "Oh my goodness, she is adorable; I want to take her and Tibbers home and feed them both cookies. :o"
You know, being the Dark Child doesn´t mean she has to look the part. Just to act the part.
And on that, she nails it.

I'm usually on Riot's side, kids usually complain about everything but her Goth splash just got butchered... i own this skin and now I just feel insulted...

Those are not permanent. They are placeholders. Seriously, read up on things. They've stated when they started rolling out these splashes that they were just unifying the splashes globally until they could do a sweeping splash rework of the champs.
