It's not the type of weapon I'm concerned with. I just don't think riot is going to be able to pull that off with Irelia. The closest thing I can think of in league to a proper psychic weapon would be Orianna's ball.

Not sure what you are talking about,though that looks more like a throwing weapon and I'd say levitating swords would feel more unique than levitating throwing weapons.

Anyway my biggest concern is the fact that the whole "levitating-weapons-user"-thing is far more fitting for an ADC or mage,but I'm pretty sure that Irelia is going to remain as a diver.
