Is Urgot just as old as Sion?
Urgot served as a soldier in Sion's company, does that mean that Urgot is just as old as his commanding officer? Isn't Sion centuries old?

Highly unlikely. I'd imagine Sion predates the earliest concepts of modern hextech by a good century or more.
