Can the Void consume a ghost?

Let's say Kalista was thrown into the Void, would she be corrupted and consumed by it?

In other words, can the all consuming entropy kill a seemingly eternal spirit?

If you are talking about “real“ ghosts (similar to Spectral Fiddle and GP) than I would say no, because the void feeds on biological mass and real ghosts don't even have a physical body, so nothing for the void to consume. If we are speaking about undead here (like Kalista, Thresh, Karthus,...) than I would say yes, since they still have a physical body and thereby biological mass that the void can feed on. And I really hope one day we will get an undead champion that got corrupted by the void, this would be truly amazing! :D

Actually the Shadow Isle champs (the undead ones) are real ghosts as they can't be touched unless they want to (or by Demacian steel and certain magics). Thresh's story the collection confirms this when a chair is thrown at him and it goes right through his body.

Oh really? I haven't read Thresh's new story yet...well I allways thought most undeads like Kalista or Hecarim are somewhat more comparable to zombies then to ghosts. With physical bodies and no will of there own, only driven by the desires of the black mist.

Kalista and Hecarim most certainly have wills of their own; they are shown making independent decisions in their bios and stories, and though they to some degree rely upon the mist, this doesn't detract from theit free agency. Humans depend on air, water, and food, but we can still think and make choices.

Sorry bad wording on my side...I was talking about the majority of the undead in my last sentence. I guess it can be seen as some kind of hierarchy: powerful undead individuals who still have a will of their own (Kalista, Thresh, Hecarim,...) and the lesser undead who are driven by the desires of the black mist and/or under the control of the higher undead individuals (eg many of the souls that are trapped in the black mist or under the control of Kalista, like the ones used for her W).

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the only one with a consistently physical body is Mordekaiser with his armor. Yorick has a physical body too cause he's not undead since his rework.

What about the Mistwalkers (Yoricks “pets“) they are undead too right? I'm sure that they have a physical body.

Not sure if that's accurate. In Rek new(ish) story she was corrupting life/force/souls/something spooky out of the people she killed and using it to construct a Void Gate. Do recall that the Void is both deeply magical and only tentatively physical in any sense of the word we would grasp.

And barring that? Given that there is a physical substance that can interact with ghosts (Damcian sunsteel) and given the number of worlds the Void has very likely devoured over the eons, it seems like a stretch to me that the Void wouldn't have encountered spirit-sundering substances before. And if they have, being the living weapons they are, would it be that much of a shock the Void would incorporate such a material into the weapons it churns out if the situation calls for it?

Isn't it the idea with the void that they mess up your mind and body so for a ghost like kalista I'm sure it can mess up her mind but something that is mindless like yorick's pets I don't how that would work.
