Since you're updating Azir - Change announcement when his turret is destroyed

As I understood there won't be a more interactive and interesting passive. Alt least make Azir say something globally when his turret is destroyed instead of using default announcement.

From my understanding they won't do that because they would have to completely bring in his VA just for that line which they don't do. IF they do a VO (which is almost always reserved for a VGU) then their going to give him an entirely new VO.
