I think I see it... I don't really find any big deal about it. They're moving forward on some thing, hence the hair flowing in the wind, and the way Riven is positioned she's bound to be moving. That kind of motion isn't all too unrealistic, and I don't find it to be sexualizing at all.
Looks like she's making movements as if she's riding on Sona's Etwahl. You sure you're not just a really horny 14 year old boy? If so, that explains your fixation.

I see it, and it is a little surprising. I have to agree with you when you say you are surprised anti-sexism people aren't all over this.

Is she attractive? Sure. Is she overtly sexual? Hell no. She honestly just looks like a cosplayer having fun with her friends. Certainly not sexual in any way, other than maybe her general attractiveness. Honestly, I could find more sexual themes in the Academy Ahri than I ever would be able to in Arcade Riven.
