They're moving forward on some thing, hence the hair flowing in the wind, and the way Riven is positioned she's bound to be moving. That kind of motion isn't all too unrealistic, and I don't find it to be sexualizing at all.

I think it has to do primarily with her hips. Usually I wouldn't look at something like that, but her general movements is there since it's where the upper and lower body meet, and since she's in motion while simultaneous putting one raised foot onto a raised platform... well, people tend to move a bit when balancing. Especially when they're on something that's in motion.

In truth she should simply be leaning forward to counteract the wind not moving her entire body like that. You can watch any video where people are standing on fast moving objects and not one of them will have movements like that.

Accounts that are never played and never or rarely comment on the boards make it obvious (happens a lot more than you'd think).
