Do Piltovans/Zaunites worship God?

And by that, I do not specifically mean the Biblical God of our world, but at least something very similar.

Camille has a voiceline towards Warwick after killing him saying: "Not all dogs go to Heaven.", meaning that Piltovans have a concept of a "Heaven" where beings go to upon death.

Dr. Mundo's bio uses the expression: "god-knows-what", which sounds misplaced if there isn't some kind of singular "God" in the setting.

Ekko has voicelines using the word "Angel" upon buying the item, you guessed it, Guardian Angel, which also seems to imply some kind of pseudo-Biblical God in Piltover/Zaun (granted, I know it is a reference to Ekko's voice actor being the same as the voice actor for Pit from the Kid Icarus series).

Even the item, Guardian Angel, might be an artifact (believed to be?) from this "Heaven", and a hint towards some kind of God existing.

I might just be overthinking things, but Piltover/Zaun has more references to Biblical elements than any other region, at least of those I can think of.

Either they do worship some kind of God, or Riot's just seemingly taken words and expressions from our world and used them without putting much more thought into them, which I doubt, considering they've even gone to the length of explaining why Tacos exist in Runeterra, despite being Mexican food in our world.

Either way, just thought it was interesting to share.

First one is a reference. Second one is a turn of phrase. Third one is just VO snark meant to fit the item.

Hmm based on the context of Zaun, I think of it like a really shitty version of New York City, I don't think they'd have a traditional pantheon of gods like the Freljord but I think their mythology is based around like urban legends

Almost definitely. Unlike our own world, Runeterra actively does have Gods and great celestial beings that actively interact in the world of Runeterra. It would be stupid for them to ignore what they can see with their eyes.

Piltovians seem to be rather laic as society but I guess there could be a lot of sects and minor cults between its inhabitants as it's a really active commercial city.

As for Zaun we know that "The Grey Lady" is a thing and Viktor has followers who worship his work as Godhood even if he doesn't care.

I've never heard that taunt from Camille!
