It's pretty obvious that the family in Evelynn story is the family of Vayne.

As the story talks of a knight and a house of marble, at least I think the story is seat on Demacia.

Actually, Evelynn's story never mentions what kind of stone the manor is made out of, it just refers to it as "cut-stone". While I wouldn't dismiss the possibility of it being Demacia, the other descriptions of the setting are a little...Off, if it is Demacia.
From The Tallest Daisy:
"She dismissed the drunk and continued down the muddy promenade, past the windows of a dank, candlelit tavern."
"Perhaps she’d made a mistake choosing this wretched backwater as her hunting ground."
These descriptors tell us that the setting is really dour and unhappy - far from being borderline un-livable like Bilgewater, but also a ways off from the proud positivity of Demacia.
If I had to say anything about the setting, I'm inclined to say it's somewhere in Noxian territory; it sucks, but it's still a hospitable place.
But, setting aside, there's one little detail that makes it pretty obvious that the family in The Tallest Daisy isn't Vayne's.
From The Tallest Daisy:
"A moment later, two children, scarcely out of diapers, ran into the room and threw their arms around the man’s legs, their wide grins sparkling with tiny teeth."
And from Vayne's Biography:
"Shortly after Vayne’s sixteenth birthday, she returned home from a midsummer banquet and saw something she would never forget."
Vayne was sixteen years old when Evelynn murdered her parents, so, the family in The Tallest Daisy are very likely not the Vayne family.
Granted, there are points to be raised that, perhaps Vayne was out that night I'm 90% sure The Tallest Daisy is a standalone story for Evelynn and Evelynn alone.
EDIT: Found another thing to dismiss the family in Evelynn's color story as a random group, once again from Vayne's Bio:
"As the only child to a wealthy Demacian couple, Vayne enjoyed an upbringing of privilege."
So, yeah. Vayne being an only child kinda completely removes the possibility of her family being in Evelynn's color story.

What? They story obviously set in bildgewater, unless Evelynn teleported she was still in bildgewater when she found her next victim.
