Pulsefire Caitlyn Concept Art?

In 2013 Pax Australia, Riot presented an art demo of a futuristic skin concept for Caitlyn. 4 years have passed, and 2 Caitlyn skins were released but none futuristic like (Headhunter is more or less futuristic). However with the leak posted last month and starting to become true, is this concept art the leaked skin Pulsefire Caitlyn?

It was reworked into Headhunter Caitlyn, same with some other skins that got reworked like Cyber Ninja Katarina became Project Katairna etc

Yeah it is pretty much a futuristic concept art for her. Though from what I do remember it was used to concept the head hunter skin, it might be used for her next though. Just have to wait and see.

Personally it always looked like a Neon Strike/Super Galaxy skin that I wish she would have (the first two images do anyway, the third feels more like the Pulsefire).

That leak is not written law. That was a pretty huge list of skins to know for sure that they were finalized, and I am having a very difficult time believing that every one of those skins will make it to the game (don't forget, skins get canned all the time, remember Sewn Chaos Amumu and Blitz?). Plus, 4 years is a damn long time to cook a skin concept, and if it's really been mulled over for 4 years, there's clearly some design elements that aren't working that would keep it from getting further along.

4 years is way too long for a skin development I agree, which usually takes around a few months. I also do agree of being unsure about the leaks, but so far it has been true (still hope that Evelynn rework model is false). Though I think along the development of the skin they probably shelved it and now re creating it.

I recalled how they said they weren't gonna make this into an official skin like they did with Pool Party Leona but I guess someone riot change their minds to make the skin a reality. Also been wanting Caitlyn to have a legendary skin for a long time just so she can back talk to Vi and Jinx and everyone else who has interactive taunts with her.

Thats like very old art doodle they did, so I dont think is that specific skin.
