Now while you can't just ask for a skin and expect it, is it particularly disappointing to see how except maybe Program, Soraka's skin roster is just so abominable you might as well say she has the worst of them all? Like look at how colorful and lively the skins are for most other champions.
I hope after her rework it opens the gate for more skins but as it stands now, am I wrong
