KateyKhaos actually stated that the skins team is actively trying to specifically do a line of skins to be enemies of the Super Galaxy line, and that the Dark Star skins are not it. She said the Dark Star skins are the Eldritch space horror line, akin to Cthulhu, Galactus, John Carpenter's The Thing, the movie Event Horizon, etc, etc.

It's because nothing can escape the pull of a black hole once beyond the event horizon, not even light. Similar to how no one can escape Thresh once you're in his pull.
