[Theory] Old Shopkeeper has expanded his business?

Looking at the picture (bottom right), it seems like the old shopkeeper has given up the dangerous life of shop-keeping in the rift, unfortunately for him it seems like he immediately ran afoul of Twitch and Evelynn. Also seems like he has a vain streak bordering on the size of Draven's with a giant bust of himself as the identifying feature of his shop.

Btw speculation but is the blue shopkeeper his granddaughter or something? He now minds the shop in piltover while she manages the one in the rift?
