Is Soraka even from Ionia anymore

Sorry...what? What about Noxian morals and traditions does Soraka reflect...?

Soraka, who's all about healing, peace, and serenity? What about that says Noxus?

But anyway, part of me hopes that they'll keep the fact that she was a goddess somewhere in her new lore...maybe she originated in the same place that Bard and Kindred did, but something happened to strip her of her power. It makes the most sense that she'd stay Ionian, since her peaceful and serene ways ring true of them the most, though her being connected to Targon certainly isn't out of the question, with Aurelion Sol also having a star theme.

But regardless of how she falls from godhood, we know that Warwick's not involved anymore.
