So yeah the Harrowing is ending soon. I was expecting new lore. Instead it was just a lot of Marketing for skins..... Can't say i'm surprised, although idk why Riot tried to hype it up like something big was coming. I mean the RavenBorn LB And Underwolrd Wukong are nice and all. But what was the point of the Harrowing puppet show.....Seriously .......What was the hype of the Black mist for....
I have come to the conclusion that riot does not have palpable logic. Everything they do seems so rng. One moment they are all about the lore, 1 week later and they are all about something completely unrelated. Kinda reminds me of a little kid in a candy shop that has no idea what they want.

Harrowing is rarely more than a marketing-thing for halloween-skins and this year was no exception. The black mist seems to connect to kalista,the next champ whose name got supposedly leaked(by a source that also leaked Urf mode and gnar,so it is believable),I think Kalista was originally meant to be released during the harrowing,but simply took too long. Also we did get at least a bit of information about how the harrowing manifests in runeterra,before we didn't have much information and it was more like "some spooky time in the year"

I wanted a story. The video was very nice and all...but what does the Harrowing mean for champions? Everything so far was done just for us (in reality), and didn't really build the world up or expand the Shadow Isles or the lore around the Harrowing.
while the skins where nice, and the new mode was nice to. it would have been perfect to have something, to connect to the harrowing video. we all know at this point that Kalista is going to be a thing, because the "source" who leaked urf/ gnar was spot on 100% make no mistake summoners it's coming.

Yeah This Harrowing was very empty. unless u had money, this event meant nothing to you. previous ones u get retextures and Runes. these were removed.
the only thing you get free is Hexakill, which, lets be honest, isn't that fun. more of the game is us yelling at each other about losing that trying.
The Shurima event was epic, with 4 unlockable(not RP!) ions, some skins, a unique and not at all stressful event, and more champions on the rotation. and a new champion!
