Not to mentioned the freakin easy bake oven for stomach.
It's a Noxus thing.
Obviously they built in a gyroscope in his stomach to make him keep his balance.
IRL, we know that short people don't walk as fast as tall people, but every champion in LoL has to move at roughly the same move speed, which means slowing down the animation for large character models.
