People Being Toxic In Foreign Languages

So I just played a game with this toxic Urgot who was toxic in another way. For some background I beat him with inting sion and his team and him were arguing on how he should've stayed top to deal with me. I said that his team was right and they shouldn't have put an adc that was behind to deal with me because of this I was able to end the game. Now because this guy was so mad he decided to curse at me in Chinese. By using the power of Google Translate I was able to translate it (If any of you are Chinese feel free to correct me)

你像个脑残 = You're like a braindead/Disabled

没脑子一样 = No brain/brainless

美国人都那么弱智吗 = Are Americans so mentally handicapped?

恩 = Yep

I know some of this may seem very useless and the person getting cursed will probably not understand I feel like it should at least be sorta looked at.
