After getting two chat bans in season 8 and the latest being in august I had a crusade to get honor 2 as it was my first time I was Gold +. Although I thought I was lost with the season ending Riot announced it would go on until February and because of this I can get my very first Victorious Skin. For those who are still trying to level up I wish you guys good luck.

Yes it goes on until the next season starts which is around February so you're fine.
