Based of another thread. I am just gonna list the height that I think each champions are.

I think that you are wrong about the yordle sizes.

Yordles have different sex genders and are decidedly shorter than humans; both male and female yordles rarely exceed 1 meter tall, with most averaging around 0.8 meters (80 cm). http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Yordle

Malphite is technically a mountain in the lore, so he might be a liiiitle taller.

I bet SR is actually on top of Malphite and the Malphite we see in-game is just a small remote version of himself, like a golem with his consciousness in it.

The monolite is a hive mind and malphite is just a part of it. the Monolite may be a mountain or even an entire planet but Malpite here is just a shard of it meaning that he is not a mountain but a large humanoid rock. maybe his height should be more since his splash art shows him as being really big.

In-game. In lore I don't think either of them has a reasonable height limit.

Well yeah. Malphite's height clued me in that we weren't going by lore :P

But yeah, lorewise, I'm not sure Cho'gath or Zac actually have a maximum height. Makes me wonder if the scientists who made Zac weren't specifically intending to have him face Cho'gath. What's the best answer to a monster that grows forever and eats everything? A monster that grows forever and regenerates damage.

Yeah I am gonna go out on a limb and say that I did scale the champions according to the games and not the lores scale. Which a noob thing of me to do as people are right to keep saying Malphite the size of a living mountain which he is.

No it's not. If you were listing heights unrelated to in-game size, Rek'sai, Malphite and Gnar would be SO much bigger than you have them here. And that's just the ones that are easy to find proper size comparisons for.

Zac I don't think is that tall. but the rest are. Malphite seems too big as he would be in his splash are around 10 meters+ which would make him more of a Dragon sized champion but in the dominion trailer he was actually shorter than J4 which stupid as Malphite is a massive dude. Rek'sai's height might be accurate is I estimated it form top to bottom as her head is taller height of an adult male and excluding her fin. Mega gnar could have been a meter taller but I don't really know how big he is, but it's big enough to make rengar realize pissing him off what a terrible mistake.

I didn't include naut because he was WAY too big in A New Dawn. Naut would have grown after his transformation but I don't think he is that big in my opinion.

Cho'gath is bigger than the world. Don't feel bad, you were only 637,091 meters off.

Also, I don't know exactly how big he is but Nasus is fucking huge. He's a demigod.

well I based it on his splash art so... I don't know. but Nasus could be massive, around 5x the height I mentioned.

I don't think Yasuo is that tall, even with his hunched back I think he is probably 170 cm, there are other human champs that are much taller than he is in-game that you have equalized his height with.

Don't think this list is official. I highly doubt she is that tall.

I would say she is like 1.70 - 1.75. Still tall though.

Nope this is just list I made guessing the height of each champions.

Darius is the only one canon.
