Do we really want a game where every character is just a different version of garen? I like my games to have lulus, heimers, nunus, annies, and amumus. Heck even jinx and soraka seem to be in this vein of fun loving or cute characters. Im sure the next 5 champs will go straight back to being burly and sexy don't worry.

Also, yordles in general dont fit in with the human characters. Its not game breaking to have a weird new character.

Well, she does seem to wear Targonian accessories (gems and necklaces).

I'm not sure if her clothes are actually Targonian though- Although, we don't know what every-day/kids clothing looks like there really. They could easily be something from another region, because remember that Aspects can posses anyone who reaches the top.

If Zoe is full Targon, then her aesthetics are very interesting. I'd tag Mr. Sunny Koda (Kindlejack), her concept artist for a more definite answer, but I feel like his response would be telling me to wait for the full story. :P

But I guess that'd be fair. Stories are cool. :>

The full story will be coming yes indeed, but you raise some interesting points about how kids dress in Runeterra and what region/s Zoe's clothes are from. I can at least confirm that Zoe dresses herself, so as you can imagine her style is far from typical.

I think during development I repeatedly said to people 'You're American but you don't walk around wearing a stars-and-stripes baseball cap' just as I shy away from the wife beater, stubbies and thongs that are the uniform of my people. You'll have characters like Garen that wear their faction's colours proudly, and others like Lucian who prefer their own style.

Can I slip in a quick question? Im trying to figure out how she works exactely :D at ~0:39 Zoe flashed, and shortly after that flashed again, but she didnt collect the flash bubble (she collected the item 3152 bubble) a) it was a visual bug b) ups, we missed something there c) everything is correct as seen!

EDIT:) btw. the kick of the sleep bubble looks pretty nice thematically speaking, GG to whoever did that, or as we say in German "GeeGEE!" ;P

Remember how Leona in the old lore was a paragon of virtue and tolerance in a society of religious zealots? Remember how in the new lore she just became the leader of said zealots? Could you explain to me why you made Runeterra so grim and dark, only to bring us this? And I don't say that I don't like Zoe. I find her new and different for what you have been making in character personalities and models. I say that now that Zoe is a thing, you could make us the favor of making Leona how she was before.

To criticize something, I say there is something weird with her facial animations. She feels too cartoony for a wolrd where other humans have measures so proportioned. Is she a more human looking yordle than usual? Because is the only thing that explains why she looks so cartoony in a world like this.

I can't say much from just the teaser, but her model doesn't seem to fit in with the aesthetic of game at all and I don't like her so far... I'll try not to say too much more until I know more about her I guess.
