That way it faces eachother. Only on some arts, like Yasuo's on your team wouldn't but Yasuo's on the enemy team would, Ahri's on the enemy team wouldn't, but Ahri's on your team would.

They recently added 700 splash art tiles on the PBE, I don't know what they are for.
