Hey, you don't know anything about void society. "Glutton" and "vile creature" could be considered compliments, as far as we know.

Kog is a void beast (a larval/baby beast at that) and is constantly hungry. It devours all it can to feed it's hunger, which is why it's attacks are it spitting on things. Kog is a danger to remnant, just ask the nomads it bumped into when it first came out of the void.

According to her voice lines, Kai'Sa has to keep her 'suit' fed else it will feed on her. Kog is bad though. Double standards it seems. :P
