Azir's soldiers that he summons, his elite bodyguards. They look pretty awesome.
How strong and skilled are they?
Can they take on a fully trained Rakkor or perhaps a Demacian Vanguard?
Shuriman soldiers have a lot of formation, great shield work and good spears. I am guessing they also have swords too once their spears are out of use?
Their armor is light-medium, they look pretty ELITE.
Everyone knows about the elite Imperial Shuriman Marksman Academy. A place from where only the most qualified soldiers graduate. Where boys enter and where men leave. Where truly only a unique class of individual can pass.
Azir's soldier's didn't go there. They just went to the regular military academy.
That's why they can actually hit a target.
Azir's soldiers are sand with shape of people that Azir controls, they aren't real soldiers and they aren't sentient. It was explained in the QaA of Azir...
However, they are based on the real soldiers of Shurima, that died long time ago after the thing that Xerath did.
All I know is their capes look like
