And honestly he doesn't look that similar. He has a masked robot dude wiht a long range weapon that seems to be connected to him. While there is a certain similarity here,its far from what Jhin does and doesn't seem to be similar to his character at all.
Coincidences like this happen all the time,for 2 writers pretty much came up with a comic series called "dennis the menace" at the same time despite the fact that these 2 never met and had no way of knowing about the work of the other one.
The similarities here are merely superficial and even that only to a certain extent.
