@Riot - Hextech Annie

I don't know if it's possible to craft it yet, but you can already get the gems required. https://i.gyazo.com/b95b0c84c68b2e31fc1b810d6f5f352e.png

Is she available yet or not? And is it possible to at least obtain pieces for her before her launch?

I already have her.

Yea I knew they said she wasn't going to be available immediately. But I heard people talking about getting her already so I was making sure

I would say no.

Riot said she wouldn't be available immediately following the Hextech launch, so she's most likely not. I have gathered a gem stone though, so it is possible to get ready for her :)
