When does Jax lore get updated?

Doesn't he have the oldest lore as of now? it has little to no content and it doesn't seem to have any connection with anything going on.

I doubt it. Last time they posted the list of champs who are planned to get a VGU,they didn't even include Jax(though this might have changed by now,he would likely still be pretty low on the list).

So I'd say he likely won't get a VGU in 2017
