[Request] Some way to make in-game sounds (effects as well as voiceovers) available as MP3s/MP4s

I'd like to have Braum's W sound effect as my text ringtone, and the horn that plays on Ornn's ult as my phone ringtone (or at least, I think I would, I haven't tried it yet). I know one of the Rioters — can't remember who — posted Bard's sound effects on the boards awhile back, and I'd really like to see that happen for other champions as well. I believe it's relatively easy to get champion quotes (haven't tried that either), but the sound effects are much harder to track down.

Not really a critical thing, more a "nice to have." I know there's a lot of sounds in the game, to say the least, but I'm fairly certain I'm not the only one who's had similar ideas.
