Did she create them? Seeing Annie in the background really got me interested in the possible unique lore behind these skins. Annie is already a champion who is pretty lore starved so i am hoping the Sewn Chaos skin line gets its own unique or side lore like the Star Guardians and Dark Star skin line did.
Also curious if this will also include

Iirc in her Canon Lore Annie is capable of entombing powerful magical beings inside of in-animate objects. I.e Tibbers. So it's safe to assume it's the same case here. That being said overall I just think it's a cheeky reference from the Skins and Art department.

Annie is a ridiculously strong mage with alot of potential, she probably made them, remember Sid from ToyStory and those abominations?
Now that you mention it, Annie has been depraived of lore ever since the updates started. Hopefully she'll see some love in Universe.
Annie just likes plushies and that's exactly what they depict in their splash arts .---.
