I would love to know who her sister is, some more background on jinx in general too. Maybe she will be a champ in the future? Idk how you can get much more crazy than jinx though!
I believe in the past that Riot said that almost every champion has a brother or sister of some kind, save for some characters like 
ect.
I'm just saying, that if 
had a sister, I would surely milk those.
I believe the only other champion who mentions a sister in anything is Vi. Jinx and Vi are supposed to be opposites. I assume Vi is Jinx's sister, but we know what they say about assuming.

I honestly believe that Jinx and Vi are sisters. There are too many parallels between them, and too many mentions of either one's sister, for it to be a coincidence. If, one day, it's 100% denied, then I'll be a little sad because of wasted potential.

Vi has been confirmed by riot lore writers to not be jinxs sister. Otherwise I would not be asking this question.
Her sister is most likely but you will never hear a confirmation of Riot since is part of their mystery. (same thing with 
being from the shadows island and riot never confirm it neither negate it). Even the shopkeeper on aram ask for Vi's sister, oh wait! he is not supposed to talk about it.
Didnt Phreak and Jatt say during a LCS match that Vi is her sister?
Then again, they also said Rek'Sai is a Male, so take that with a grain of salt.

I always hear "You think I'm crazy? You should see my sister" So I always thought that Vi was her sister since she is quite the crazy chick and they went into 2 different life styles.
