I'm just curious. I remember it was originally removed because laws in some countries prohibited advertising use of alcohol and nicotine (or portraying any of this favourably).

Did these laws change or did you guys somehow find a way around them?

It's probably not something as simple as "just have 2 versions of the splash & give the cigarless one to the countries that have problems with it". But that would be my guess.
