This actually looks hella lot better than the long hair. It makes him look menacing and rugged, instead of the edge-lord he is with his long hair.

Depends on the Era. Are talking about a modern day, real world era? Then yes. Are we talking some Middle Ages inspired, high fantasy world like Lord of the Rings? Then long hair works fine.

I wonder which on Noxus is more like.
