Probably, but some folks got free time to do Warwick so they're working on him instead. Warwick needs a rework just as badly as Eve does.
Eve has a pretty dark history of being one of the most troublesome champs in the history of League. Way, way back in S1, I remember them actually purposefully nerfing her into near unplayablity until Stealth was fixed as a mechanic.
For reference, she used to be able to stun you out of her invis. And there was none of that "proximity detection" stuff.
Noone has ever been nerfed that hard except for the time Jax was actually briefly removed from the game.
Of course, that's sorta ancient history now. Visually, I agree she could use a rework, definitely, and I was kinda surprised nothing happened with her during the Shadow Isles mini-event last year.
This actually isn't news. It was almost confirmed that Warwick would be the next and possibly last Champion overhaul for this calendar year. They have talked about a possible rework in 2017, though I believe they have Urgot viewed as higher priority.
That said, there is little chance that either of them will get skins this year.
its already confirmed they will not work on her till next year sadly. so even if we get an assassin update this year she wont be getting that VU till next year.

Mirage Night, you should remember the main rule of posting threads about Evelynn. Make the pun about her invisibility in the original post to remove the low hanging fruit out of the way. Otherwise you risk your thread being dedicated to the invis jokes.
No, they will touch her next year, along with the assassin update.
It's not like Warwick isn't in the need of a VGU as well. Sure WW has already lots of skins,but they are all low quality as well and he suffers from a bad ingame model as well as really outdated gameplay as well.
