Only thing I want to know about Lore wise
Why is everyone on summoners rift? Why are they fighting? Are we going to have some sort of web page to go to to find the older lore?

They arent.
The game is not canon.
You can actually find most of the old stuff on the league of legends wiki if you dig deeply enough, it's mostly established through character bios, and something called the journal of justice, which I gather was essentially a news paper for runeterra.
Runterra (where League of Legends takes place) was a land pillaged with war between its factions (namely Demacia and Noxia), before the 'League' came. Known as the Department of War, they set up a system for which conflicts and arguments could be resolved without any casualties to either side. This involved the creation of a battleground (the Summoner's Rift) where champions chosen from each faction could fight, and be respawned after death through the magical fountains found near each Nexus.

We used to have a story that connected the gameplay and made our fights have some (admittedly usually illusionary) significance which made the game stand out from other MOBAs. Not anymore.
