An idea on making Annie's personality more interesting and sinister

When looking at Annie, I can't help but think that beneath that childish persona is the mind of a child evil genius like Stewie Griffin. Homicidal, utterly cruel, and very clever, but held back by the disadvantages of a child's body.

Another example of this would be José from the short-lived cartoon Cybersix. He's a clone of his Nazi "father", Dr. Von Reichter, who has just as much genius as his father but is held back by being in a child's body. Doesn't mean he's any less dangerous a foe.

Now, imagine if underneath all that "I wanna play!" childishness, Annie was actually a really smart kid who could carry a good conversation with an adult if she wanted to, or chessmaster her enemies into destroying each other while leaving no one else the wiser as to her part in it. And if someone DID find out her involvement, she'd just sic Tibbers on them.

It'd make her much more interesting than just a little kid with too much magical power.

Despite Annie being part of the top orginal champs Riot hasn't really capitalized on the idea of Annie being sinister.. yes her title is "The Dark Child" but her terribly vague bio tells the story of her parentage rather than anything solid about herself. Plus the Grey Oder, despite practising Dark Art magic they really don't come off as sinister individuals, powerful but not sinister. They left Noxus because they didn't like using their powers against other nations. So what I'm saying is and this is assuming Annie is still in the care of her parents. Her family probably keep Annie on the straight and narrow path, perhaps as a protege to the Dark Arts rather then an all malevolent schemer that you've suggested.

However this is me making conclusions based on evidence of old lore. So if Riot was to make Annie sinister through and through. I would, firstly suggest that they do a far better job and secondly they should change her parents pacifist background. Which is likely because so far the Grey Order is non-existent in lore.

Except she's not. She's just a regular (If slightly bratty) kid with magical powers. She's not evil. And she doesn't need to be.
