The "moon" tribe exists of only Diana.
So it's unlikely. And both the Solari and Lunari are offshoots of the same tribe as Pantheon.
But, considering where the lore is at the moment, tomorrow there may be a munchkin tribe, a bubblegumdrops of love tribe, a burlesque dancer only tribe, and maybe even a skarner tribe.
Just ignore lore until they either retcon the retcon or actually try instead of going "Look! PRETTY PICTURES!!!"
