@Riot, What level of change should we expect for the Widowmaker?
Are we talking Sion level? Cass level?
And where are you guys with her?
Still having a hard time getting anything nailed down?

If I recall correctly the only thing that is setting them back is her theme and lore so I expect her kit to stay almost the same.
I'd say 
is a pretty safe guess.
Her backstory will be changed(ok she never had much of a backstory) and her appearance is probably going to change quite a bit,but her kit may stay the same or get just some slight adjustments
