My guess is that it's only the Harrowing teaser.
It would be cool to have Ao Shin released or a new champion/event in theme with the SI but I wouldn't expect such things since all the things that Riot has released recently.
Its more than the fog though.

This is all so very very interesting but will it actually lead to something unlike the Aatrox figure behind Jax (which is oddly still there)?
Kayle's wings are red, Cass, Xerath, Leblanc, Zed, Lissandra, Twisted Fate, and Hecarim are all shrouded, Lucian's art is inverted, Jayce's background is much brighter than usual, while he himself is darker
Well lets see here... tons of Shadow Isles new short lore... fog is spooky and has strange greenish light flashing... fits PERFECTLY!
