Lore Miss Fortune Visuals

I would love to see Miss Fortune's in-game and VOs changed one day to more accurately reflect what she is like in the lore. Don't get me wrong, I love Miss Fortune, but I personally find her backstory and lore visuals so much more compelling than her in-game experience leads on. Her blatant sexuality is by no means a bad thing, and MF wouldn't feel like MF without having some kind of sex-appeal aspect to her, but I would certainly love to see more of the bad-ass pirate queen we see her as in the lore. The new Cinematic that was released today is a brilliant example of the strong, relentless woman she is, rather than the chesty-bimbo we see waddling around in game. I know that there are dozens of champions who are in more desperate need of change than her right now, but we can dream, can't we?

I notice how in MF's segment, she's really silent. THen again it doesn't help that she's underwater. The point is Riot found a way to show off MF without having to use her current VO and I love it!

Now I'm with you and hope someday Riot would update her VO. Been waiting for that to happen since the Burning TIdes event.

Captain MF is what she canonically looks like.

They should just give her a new VO and make that her base skin IMO.

Did Illaoi save Miss Fortune in the cinematic? The green tentacles protected her from the undead. Also you have to understand that Cinematic trailers will always look better than ingame footage there's nothing that can change that.

Wait a second....

Why can't she be a bad ass pirate AND be comfortable with her sexuality? Just because she is flirtatious in game doesn't make her a bimbo. If anything immediately assuming that is the same as saying it's bad that anyone be able to express themselves that way. Unless it's the other way around and implying kick butt women can't be sexy while doing it.

Is being sexy part of her identity as a League champion? Yes, definitely. However, she can be sexy and still kick butt at the same time. They aren't mutually exclusive.

Riot has really been pushing making the lore more a part of the game so I hope we can get this for MF and all champions in the near future.

I'd love if she got an updated VO and i feel like it's extremely overdue. I definitely think that her current lines shouldn't be removed thought and instead having more added to her current VO. They could add a serious side of MF which we can see while she's walking but turns into a crazy bounty hunter when she's attacking someone to hide her true appearance. I feel like all she needs is something to be added instead of removed. The sexy bounty hunter mask is important to her character but it's just that the other side of her is missing in game. Also i hope they NEVER change her laugh. That shit needs to stay the same forever.

They should really do a vu and a new vo for her. I don't even play her, but I do like her character and think she deserves more.

I never understand these threads, I like both versions and would greatly hate it if they took any of them out, I would pref RIOT to look for a balance between both these forms than to be forced to choose

A new walking animation would suit most of her skins.

The current shimmy cycle works for Secret Agent (Jessica Rabbit), Arcade and Candy Cane but not any of her other badass skins.

The walk cycle is really the issue with her base and other skins and I too would like to see a more appropriate walk for the skins that actually are more serious!

I, for one, am totally fine with how she appears in-game right now. There's nothing oversexualised about her appearance. Well... compared to some other champions, that is. And besides, it fits lore - wise.

Anyway, the way Riot portraits her later is pretty much generic and boring. Especially that cinematic from couple of months ago. And if they EVER plan to do VU (hopefully not), i hope it wont be that way.

You do realize that her Classic splash and VO is an act that she puts on? So it is apart of her character. Captain Fortune is when she is on her ship and dealing with serious business.

People always underestimate the loud sex appeal and let things slip they shouldn't or don't take them seriously.

If I recall, Riot already has plans to update her VO. Don't know when it will happen, but I do remember seeing somewhere that they are actually working on it, or are trying to.
