Just Had An Entire League Game Disconnect

I was in a League when suddenly every single person in the game started having major ping spikes and disconnects. All 10 of us were just repeatedly trying to connect and getting short spurts of actual playable game time. We were finally able to get connected long enough to surrender and end that madness. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not seeing any posts about it, and if this is an issue wider than just my one game I'd expect the boards to be blowing up. This happened moments ago.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Below is a link to a video of the League game I was in when the disconnects started occurring. This was recorded in the replay system embedded in League. You can see the whole game stops, even the minions. It's the strangest thing.

Happened to me in 3 separate games today. Servers suck right now for some reason

Same, i even got afk penalty for this shit... Literally both teams where lagging hard and my and my pal disconnected 24/7 lol.

Yes, just happened to me as well. Each player disconnected upwards of 8 times. Somewhat annoyed that I lost 21 LP just to get out of a game that had already taken 24 minutes of unplayable gameplay due to lag. Client tried to tell me i was both 0% towards level 2, level 1, and 26905232% towards level 65. At one point, reached 77k ping and was seeing comparable numbers from the rest of my team.

2-3 days ago my ping shot up from my standard very stable 55-56 to a shooting up randomly anywhere between 300-700 for ~15 seconds at a time.

It happened to me a several times from the last 2 weeks, and this is starting to be really annoying !

If you were on Comcast or any of its connecting companies yesterday, almost the whole nation suffered internet issues. Started in the am and lasted all day, and was sporadic. There was a major blackout somewhere that caused loss of service all over the place.
