I mean, Worlds is obviously slowing production down. Not complaining but I figure that you want have any teasers until worlds is done.

So can you give a little hint on who this champ is?

Who needs a hint? A teaser could be released at worlds and a full announcement will likely pop up next Tuesday.

Dude if champion select quotes popped up on the pbe months before a champion's released it'd be weirder. The fact that they showed up at all indicates this Illaoi person is ready to ship at any time. This is basically mirroring how Ekko came out right now, so the hope is tomorrow or on sunday there's a reveal for Illaoi, whoever this person is, during the Worlds broadcast.

But we havnt got the teaser yet like Ekko. I'd wager ur predictions are a bit off Sharjo. I Predict we won't even get the teaser til late next tuesday.

What I'm saying is Ekko's initial teaser came out during the LCS broadcast before his actual reveal as a champion with all his abilities and such and his debut on the pbe. Before that his champion select quotes popped up on the pbe a week early. I mean, why not tease something during the competitive broadcast? They've done it for Ekko, they did it with PROJECT Yi, the stars are literally aligning right now. No guarantees of course but I still think there's a good chance of an Illaoi teaser tomorrow or Sunday, during the Worlds broadcast.

It was probably never intended to go out in the patch and was a mistake. These things happen and then get pulled.

Yes but Kindred was already announced and THEN delayed. Illaoi has yet to be officially announced, and by this I mean there's no articles or videos or anything showing who or what Illaoi actually is yet. We only have a voice and one line.

They always take some files back when they end a cycle on the PBE. And it turns out that the Next cycle will begin Tuesday. It should be back, it's nothing unusual.

I'll take the exemple of the adventurous Mandrake Ward. Appears in a cycle, disappear at the end of the cycle, come back next cycle, and so on.

If there is already the champion quote popping up then that means the champ will most likely be part of the 5.22 patch,meaning that they'll probably reveal the champ a day before 5.21 goes live(which should be sometime around next week),because that is the day where all the major things for the 5.22 patch will hit the pbe. And a teaser for the champ is usually released before that,so it will most likely not take very long.

(it is also possible that Illaoi is related to this years harrwoing event,so maybe that will actually serve as her teaser)

Yes, but info wont be released
