Well burst mages are usually intended for mid. Sure there are some burst mages who are now commonly played as a support,but these burst mages were almost never intended to be supports in the first place,its just that they happened to be pretty decent as supports.

Played Annie sup yesterday, got first blood getting cheeky with an invade. We secured 3 Infernals. Died a ton, but had enough kill participation to get an S. Fun game. Won´t be playing that till next year when I need another chest from her.

I would assume she's mid, considering that she's a burst mage and that as far as we know she only has one form of CC which isn't really enough to classify her as a support.

Let's take :

assuming this is her normal "supp build" she is gonna have around 478 Using a full rotation of her spells (220+250+20+400=890)+(AP Ratios 80%+85%+60%+65%=290%=1382AP)+110 of luden=890+1382+110=2382

So in a successful full rotation she can deal around 2382 instant burst magic damage. Most ADCs, Mages and Assassins will die from this and if not, her team can clean them. So yeah.

While using the same maths for , she can deal around 1427 magic damage with her usual build of

Of course I'm not counting enemy resistances and and runes of magic penetration. You can say that if used the same build as she could do almost the same damage but this are the builds they usually do and of course we gotta have in mind how Nami can better support with her peeling abilities, her damage enhancers, her CC and her healings while Annie only has one form of CC that she can use after using 4 abilities.
