Will we get to see Bilgewater again in another event? When will this Icon come back?

There were also other icons with Graves and TF on them which accompanied the Bilgewater event alongside the Butcher's Bridge (Bilgewater themed ARAM map) and the Shadow and Fortune story. I just really want to see Bilgewater reintroduced so I can get those icons because I quit the game when it happened last time..
