Syndra gets SKT skin soon, and immediately after she'll get a Star Guardian skin.
If that isn't champion favoritism I don't know what is. Is this to compensate for the fact she didn't receive a skin in 2016?

It IS confirmed, nothing is innacurate with the leak.

like I already said: World skins aren'T planned for Riot. This is decided by the picks of the last game from the worlds. Riots plans they skins for around a year. These worlds skin were made in !72 year. So after they started creating Sg Syndra

Swain for one most likely won't see a skin for a very long time till he is announced for and has a completed VGU released. Unless they do a 750 or something lame like that, as I really doubt we'll see one soon sadly.
Cass they said would get a skin sometime in the next 12 months (in the State of Skins dev blog). So she will be soon! I think they held off on her at one point because they wanted to get the new Tail Animations working properly.

They've already had 90% of that leak come out, from Xayah/Rakan to Legendaries like Pulsefire Caitlyn, Dawnbringer Riven, Nightbrigner Yasuo (last two weren't even mentioned as Legendary in said leak cause the leak didn't have all the info)

Sukishoo1 votesNeither was MSI's Conqueror Karma. As I said the leak didn't have all the info. But for the ones it did have, they have happened.
Pool Party has always been a bit more sporadic. Some were in June, July, September... We never know for sure when they will happen as it can be any time in Summer.
Leyin1 votesThe Pool Party skins will release very soon this year. I think they will use the quest system to create a summer event. Remember, when the next pbe will go to live Servers it is already End of June.... 7.14 will be 7/12 live and 7.15 so 7/26.
Sukishoo1 votesThat doesn't mean much. We saw the leaked PBE assets for some Star Guardian stuff recently (such as a Background) which will probably be part of an Event also since I'm pretty sure the Mission System will be used for many things now.
Anything could happen in the coming patchs. Summer doesn't end till September 22nd afterall.

Correct, however, we do not count esports skins towards 'getting a skin', since there isn't a ton of control as to which champions will get them - for Faker, it was pretty obvious Zed was going to be selected, but that didn't put him out of the running for another skin.
So, technically, Thresh's last skin was January of 2015, which is a fair amount of time between receiving Dark Star Thresh.
Digielf3 votesRiot aren't slaves to their audience, they can do 10 skins for 1 champion and 0 for another if they want to, plus its impossible to balance skins with over 100 champions especially when some skin themes fit more for specific champs
MrBluePants2 votesThe winner team chooses the champions, it's not really Riot. They don't include esports skins in their regular skin program and schedule.
Favoritism is in Overwatch's Tracer getting a new skin every single event while a lot of heroes haven't got nearly as many, and in Overwatch all the heroes came out approximately at the same time, whereas in league some champions are about 6 years old and obviously are gonna have more skins than newer ones although it's not always the case.

Lady Faceless1 votesFirst of all as long the SG skin didn't hit PBE, we can't be for sure. Second, e-sport theme don't belong to the normal skin restrictions. If I skin is already in work they won't suddenly stop with it. Third, the SKT T1 skin IS a disappointment - I mean she looks like a zombie and the animation are alright, but nothing special. And a lot of Syndra mains are the same opinion. Fourth, as Syndra main I can tell you a secret - Syndra is fucking a bug fest. Like, I alone had 4 differents bug with her and I rarely play mid. The stutter bug has 80% chance to happen after you used your ulti and how it does feel to get minionblocked by thin air? Not enjoyable, I can promise. About randon teleporting spheres, unable to recast your W, not picking up sphere we don't even talk. X
But yeah, it's so bad we may actually get a decent skin since Justicar. I forgot, it's not like Ahri get one every year...

I kinda exaggerated with the last statment, but they are enought Syndra mains who don't like any of her skins. I like the idea behind QoD Syndra, I mean my PBE Acc has the name "Queen of Spheres", but the execution was done poorly. SKT T1 feels incredibly unfinished and the model is... just bad. The blue skin is same the reason why I don't like Atlantean even if the animation are amazing. I still gonna pick the Skt t! skin up, play two games with it and then switch back to Justicar since it's only good skin for me.
I don't say other champion doesn't deserve skins as well, they clearly do, but it's stupid how much hate and ignorance we get from everyone.

Skins are and will always be personal preference for players. The Snow Day Syndras animation are just awful, I personally can't look at them. Like no, I will never touch this skin ever again. This isn't snow/ice, this is just ugly liquid plastic. SKT T1 and Atlantean suffer both for me with the model/skin tone. I love water themes, I mean I only play with the water form then I play with Elementalist Lux, but this blue skin looks IMO awful. Queen of Dimaond has no animation - this isn't a bad thing per se, 'cause there is a lot of mains who loves the original animation - but the model is also incredible boring and ugly. Justicar is the only skin for me who has a good model, good animation, splash art and theme, but I still wish for possible variation.
But this is just my personal opinion.

No idea, but it seems Riot is actually unaware about the bugs, I'm afraid.
