Considering he 'IS' part of the big rework roster, it wouldn't be far off to consider them going out of their way to give a skin or two to the roster. Likely not Katarina since she just got a PROJECT skin, but Evelynn, Talon and Rengar i believe havent gotten a new one in ages.
