You know who surprisingly doesn't have a lot of skins despite his popularity?

{quoted}

Considering he 'IS' part of the big rework roster, it wouldn't be far off to consider them going out of their way to give a skin or two to the roster. Likely not Katarina since she just got a PROJECT skin, but Evelynn, Talon and Rengar i believe havent gotten a new one in ages.

Evelynn is high on the list for a full VGU next year

just made a post about eve getting a new skin and got downvoted to hell.

but yeah, she hasnt even had a skin higher than 750 i believe. its pretty depressing.
