Unless Jinx caused a cosmic disturbance, I don't think Bard would be concerned about catching Jinx.

I've seen a story where Rengar does get called to deal with Jinx. He successfully catches her... only to get foiled by Jayce. They both end up fighting and Jinx gets away.

Im pretty sure that Rengar would take the head and the hammer of Jayce as trophy, and then take the Head of Jinx as well.

Gamewise? His ult can literally trap her as Jinx has nothing to get out of it (aside from Flash, which is a much longer CD).
