@Riot: What directions are you looking at for new Lux skins?
Can you share with us any ideas you've actually tried for new Lux skins? Or is that one of those "breaking contract" questions?

You could try and MS paint a parrot and try and summon the tiki god IronStylus and see if he is willing to hunt down some of the skins people and get them to talk.... unlikely... especially when youre asking them to reveal something that probably hasnt even made it to pre-production (like Morgana's VU)
