In addition to finally getting full lore for new champions, we're getting new ones for reworked champions. It's about that time for a Harrowing, so will we get a story about the Shadow Isles? Will we receive new lore for the champions? Will we finally get the Shurima lore? Do we have to wait for reworks, new champions, and events for champions to have their stories added to the site?
Shadow Isles champions will (as far as I know) be getting long form lores with the coming Harrowing. Following that I'm not sure what's next but Poppy's VU's coming closer and closer so new lore for her is a high possibility this year.
They said they don't wanna just put out the Shurima short stories right out of the gate and instead wanna give them context. I take this to mean they'll release 'em in addition to long form lores for said champions, so I dunno when that's gonna be.
All the champions will be getting lore in the new style, with a quote, short paragraph, extended bio and short story, the question is when. The champions that take priority are those who are:

Personally I'd like the next stop after the shadow isles to be Mt.Targon, which needed a lore expansion before the lore retcon.
Shadow isles was said to be the current focus for the lore team.
While they originally said that they have the shurima lores ready (amumus lore for example got leaked once),they might want to adjust them to the current style of the lore(judging by fioras&kindreds lores,they give us first a quote of the champ,then the short lore,then the expanded lore and then another story of the character)
Hey Jaredan, I'm coming into this thread because I'm a part of LeagueFactions (You know the group), and we try very heavily to have our stuff work with whatever you guys put out. The Fiora Lore was incredibly disappointing to most of the LeagueFactions Lore staff. I however, thought it wasn't too bad as it reminded me heavily of High Fantasy Series (Stormlight Archive, Song of Fire and Ice (aka Game of Thrones) and others).
My question is more, Runeterra's Lore is based heavily on these "Rune Wars". Wars that warped the very geography of the land due to the sheer power of the magics involved. My question is, Are we ever going to have a more clearly defined Timeline for the world of Runeterra, such as when did Aatrox first appear to the people of Runeterra? Was it during the time that the Watchers ruled the Freljord? Or was it after the Watchers fell? Was it before the Desertification of Shurima? or was it after Shurima had already become a scorching Wasteland? When did Icathia become an abandoned city left to be overrun by the creatures of the Void? When did the Void first make it's presence known in Runeterra?
I know it's not a very large priority, but to me, these things help me become invested in the world, help me think of ways champions, and even ordinary individuals act. It also helps identify, What is the driving factor in the creation of some Factions?
