It really sounds a lot like her. After comparing the voice from the teaser with her VO i'm 99% sure that's Sivir's voice with the PROJECT filter.

Anyone else find it a little bit strange if it is Vi? She already has Neon Strike which while definitely different, does have a good chunk of thematic overlap with project. Vi was my first thought too but it does seem a bit strange IMO.

I don't really think it overlaps with PROJECT but what's bothering me is the fact that they picked Vi. It seems kinda out of place and strange, especially since they're supposedly hunters. Just my opinion, but we only got the teaser. Might turn out into something cooler.

I think Vi fits well into the skin line, as well as the "hunter" theme. Vi always was all about chasing people. She is hunting criminals in Piltover.

The yellow hair just made me think "ezreal" immediately. It's a dead ringer.

There are also some good arguments against it being ez, and I'm totally prepared to be wrong, but it looks just like him to me. I was shocked to see that more people weren't talking about it being him, potentially.

Most people probably block him out, since he is one of the "OMG why does he get another skin?!" candidates. ^^ Especially since he just got Starguardian Ezreal, people would be up in arms if he gets another high quality skin now. xD

The first one could also be Shen. He also wears a mask and the bullet sounds could be blade sounds. Second one is possibly Shen. It's a Human, Shen's human. Third one might be Shen. It's pretty vague. Last one is definitely Shen. Project: Shen confirmed.

Well.. Urgot's skin also got reworked with him and I'd say that they are pretty good skins with particle changes and all that fancy stuff. Shen's rework only changed the model and that's about it. Even Bloodmoon Shen's sword isn't even red nor do his abilities change to red, but that's just my complaints.

I don't deny that his reworked skins are good, but in my opinion redone content =/= new content.

He has the same amount of skins like before. But maybe I am the minority with that mindset.

I think parts of your analysis are wrong.

You have to consider, the name of the set is called Hunters. Jhin isn't a hunter. Also, Jhin has had 2 skins this year, and if they gave him a 3rd skin, it would look extremely bad due to their claiming that they don't give champions more than one skin per year (the exception is the World's Skins, as they're picked by winners). The red character clearly has distortions above BOTH shoulders, which knocks off Jhin. This is most likely a Jarvan skin, as he's a jungler and his definitive look is the spikes over both shoulders, which fits the look shown here.

Vi for the second one seems less likely. Vi got a Lunar revel skin this year. Her main color also isn't yellow. Another note is that over the right shoulder, there's a distortion that doesn't change. It could be a bird. I'd guess this is Quinn more so than Vi. As for the hair, don't ever assume hairstyles are telling. Look at Pentakill Kayle.

The Purple one, however, I don't think is Vayne. There are some similarities, such as the collar, but that's it. You'll note that there appears to be 3 points coming from her head, which doesn't fits Vayne's appearance at all. Who it does fit, and she also has a collar, is LeBlanc. LeBlanc hasn't had a skin in a long time, and if you look at the silhouette, it looks more like LeBlanc's profile than Vayne's.

Look at that silhouette in the flash, pause the movie. That is definitely LeBlanc. It has her exact profile, and it's purple, which is LeBlanc's defining color. Furthermore, LeBlanc embodies a very distinct idea and concept - she embodies Deceit.

Does apply to Quinn, though. She is acrobatic unlike other marksmen (her E) and a sharpshooter (harrier). She can get a drone body enhancement to make her fly.

Cosmic Blade in April ; and ; Eternal Sword in September

So, Riot is just making skins for whoever where ever they see fit. So now we can all just throughout that old "They already got a skin this year" thing that used to be said cause Riot isn't following that anymore.
