Anyone else find it a little bit strange if it is Vi? She already has Neon Strike which while definitely different, does have a good chunk of thematic overlap with project. Vi was my first thought too but it does seem a bit strange IMO.

The first one could also be Shen. He also wears a mask and the bullet sounds could be blade sounds. Second one is possibly Shen. It's a Human, Shen's human. Third one might be Shen. It's pretty vague. Last one is definitely Shen. Project: Shen confirmed.

I'm SO GLAD Jhin got 3 skins in 1 year when other champs have been neglected for over a year or more.

And also when he's in a shitty place right now and isn't even played much anyways.

I think parts of your analysis are wrong.

You have to consider, the name of the set is called Hunters. Jhin isn't a hunter. Also, Jhin has had 2 skins this year, and if they gave him a 3rd skin, it would look extremely bad due to their claiming that they don't give champions more than one skin per year (the exception is the World's Skins, as they're picked by winners). The red character clearly has distortions above BOTH shoulders, which knocks off Jhin. This is most likely a Jarvan skin, as he's a jungler and his definitive look is the spikes over both shoulders, which fits the look shown here.

Vi for the second one seems less likely. Vi got a Lunar revel skin this year. Her main color also isn't yellow. Another note is that over the right shoulder, there's a distortion that doesn't change. It could be a bird. I'd guess this is Quinn more so than Vi. As for the hair, don't ever assume hairstyles are telling. Look at Pentakill Kayle.

The Purple one, however, I don't think is Vayne. There are some similarities, such as the collar, but that's it. You'll note that there appears to be 3 points coming from her head, which doesn't fits Vayne's appearance at all. Who it does fit, and she also has a collar, is LeBlanc. LeBlanc hasn't had a skin in a long time, and if you look at the silhouette, it looks more like LeBlanc's profile than Vayne's.
