Are you kidding! That's the skin where you can see her panties if you are in brush. Nothing wrong with it. Someone get this guy a drink.
I don't think it's horrible. It isn't like Mecha Khazix or anything, but I'd say you get a pretty decent skin for one that's so old. I have it and love it.
