Urgot and Evelynn will obviously get their updated splash art when their rework/VGU is finished.
But I feel among all these champions who have gotten their splashes updated, Karthus has yet to get his. I don't know, I feel bad for the poor champion lol....
Karthus is on the list for skin splashe updates, he'll get them eventually
Statue of Karthus and reaper akrthus already had updates. Lightbane just came out and you can basically only complain about the classic skin.
Yeah I think he needs it more than most others.
However I can understand that 
and 
get theirs first to go along with their gameplay updates.
Eh, I feel Sivir needs it more. All of her Chinese splash arts that replaced the old one is much worse, save for Spectacular but even that is inconsistent with what it looks like in-game.
